Santosh Koradi

Chef Santosh Koradi is a recognized leader in bringing quality, locally sourced ingredients to hotel dining. He joined Park Hyatt Beave Creek as Executive Chef in 2021, and oversees all of the landmark hotel’s dining experiences, including 8100’ Mountainside Bar & Grill, and Market, as well as in-room dining, special events and banquet operations. Chef Koradi’s professional journey has taken him all over the world — a fact that becomes readily apparent when sampling his globally inspired recipes, which draw equally from classic fine dining techniques and innovative street food. A longtime member of the Hyatt family, Koradi joined Park Hyatt Beaver Creek in fall 2021. Prior to this, his most recent positions were as Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu and Grand Hyatt, Bahamas. A 2004 graduate of Durgapur Society of Management Sciences in West Bengal, India, Koradi has also worked with such esteemed hospitality brands as Westin, Hilton, OB Hotels & Restaurants, Ritz-Carlton, Le Meridien, and many more.
