Born in Durango Chef and owner of La Docena Oyster bar and Hono a Grill and Sushi Bar in Guadalajara and Juniko Sushi in Guadalajara as well.

He learned to cook and the joy of cooking through his mother. He started working at 17 at a Mc Donalds he passed to other restaurants and ended up partnering with one of his bosses on an Argentinian restaurant to create the MOST popular Oysterbar and Seafood restaurant in Mexico that already has two restaurants in Mexico City, one in Zapopan and the original one in Guadalajara. Now he also owns two very curated sushi places and he is a total Rockstar in the Mexican gastronomy scene and awarded within The 50 World´s Best Latin America.
