Chef Emily Hahn is the Chef & Co-Owner of Mountain Provisions, a Private Chef & Culinary Consulting company based in Bozeman, Montana. As a former Top Chef contestant, 20-year Restaurant industry Veteran, former Commercial Shrimper, Chef Em wears many hats as an entrepreneur. Helming kitchens across the Lowcountry of Charleston,SC, Chef Em began to build special connections with farmers and local fisherman to create menus driven by simple ingredients, elevated in imaginative and creative ways. She now extends that creativity and connection across Southwestern Montana, and beyond!
