Raised in Northeastern New Jersey in an Italian household, food has always been central in my life. I got into the restaurant industry at 13 years old and have stayed there for my entire professional life. After an extended stint in fine dinning, I now own two food trucks specializing in Italian cuisine.
Joe Zeppys is named for my Grandfather who passed away in June of 2022. He was an Italian patriarch and restaurant owner who absolutely adored food, family and hospitality. With Joe Zeppys, we present classic Italian American cuisine and sandwiches with an upscale twist. We hope to bring a little taste of NYC Italian to Northern Colorado and beyond.
